CITY OF ANNA AGENDA NOTICE — CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
August 21, 2012 6:30 PM — Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 6:30 p.m., August
21, 2012, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), regarding the following items.
1. Call to Order
Mayor Pro Tem John Geren called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Pro Tem John Geren and Council Members James T. Cook, John
Hopewell, Natha Bryan and Becky Glover were present. Mayor Mike Crist
was absent.
3. Public Hearing: (1s)
For City Council to hear public comment on the proposed 2012 Tax
Rate.
Mayor Pro Tem Geren opened the public hearing at 6:35 pm. There was
no public comment. Mayor Pro Tem Geren closed the public hearing at
6:36 pm.
4. Adjourn.
Council Member James made the motion to adjourn at 6A0 pm. Mayor
Pro Tem Geren seconded the motion. Motion passes.
