REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Regular Session at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday,
February 2, 2002, at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, to consider the following
items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Citizen’s Participation.
4. Consider authorizing approval of revision to Creekside Facilities Agreement.
5. Consider authorizing approval of revision to Meadow Creek Facilities Agreement.
6. Consider approval of preliminary plat for Anna 82 Acre Tract.
7. Consider ordinance relating to vicious/dangerous animals.
8. Consider ordinance establishing position of City Administrator.
9. Consider ordinance adopting City Personnel Policies Manual.
10. Discussion and action on authorization of sales tax election(s).
11. Staff reports and items for discussion.
12. The City Council will recess into executive session under Texas Government Code
Sections 551.071 and 551.074 of the Texas Open Meeting Act for the following purpose:
