CITY OF ANNA
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April
23, 2002, at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Citizen’s Participation.
4. Consider approval of ordinance amending the Planned Development for Tara Farms,
Phase 3.
5. Executive session, in accordance with Section 551 of the Government Code, to discuss
the following subjects:
To deliberate the appointment, salary, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties,
discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee
Payments to Annexus/City Secretary
Billing Clerk Assistant
The council reserves the right to return to executive session throughout this meeting.
6. Consider action(s) relating to payments to Annexus/City Secretary.
7. Consider action(s) relating to Billing Clerk Assistant.
8. Consider actions relating to ambulance service and City’s contract with Collin County
relating to ambulance service.
9. Consider Resolution relating to request by Weston Water Supply Corporation for
amendment to Weston WSC CCN.
10. Consider actions relating to Anna VFD purchase of equipment.
11. Consider ordinance adopting City Personnel Policies Manual.
12. Staff reports and items for discussion.
13. Adjourn.
