CITY OF ANNA
REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Regular Session at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 9,
2002, at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Citizen’s Participation.
4. Consider awarding bid on street improvements in east Anna.
5. Consider action on final plat, pro rata payment(s) and Facilities Agreement for Meadow
Ridge subdivision.
6. Consider action on recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission regarding one
lot subdivision requested by David Graham, located at 9188 CR 423.
7. Consider resolution endorsing a plan to construct a water transmission main for delivery
of potable water to Anna and other cities and expressing intent to contract with Greater
Texoma Utility Authority for construction of said main and purchase of water.
8. Consider resolution ratifying Lease-Purchase Agreement between City of Anna and
Government Capital Corporation regarding financing of Ferrara Class “A” Pumper (fire
truck).
9. Consider resolution regarding TXU gas rates.
10. Consider resolution authorizing Mark Montgomery as signatory on bank and other
financial accounts.
11. Consider resolution establishing that the benefit for the memory of September 11 and
the run for Toys for Tots serves as a public purpose.
12. Consider action regarding request by Wanda Bradshaw regarding oiling of part of S.
Interurban St.
13. Minutes – meeting of May 14 (election canvas).
14. Minutes – meeting of June 11.
15. Minutes – meeting June 18.
16. Minutes – meeting of July 2.
17. Bills
18. Staff reports and items for discussion.
