held on May 28 , 1996 , at the City Hall A the said city ,
The City Council of the City of Anna met in special session on
the 28th day of May 1996 , with the following members present and
participating : Mayor Ron Ferquson, Bob Estep , Duane Hayes , Joe
Murphy , Debbie McIntosh and Lisa Copeland.
The meeting was called to order at 7 : 37 P.M. by Mayor Ferguson .
Others present were Danny Henderson and Joe Wolte of Tel com of
Texas , Tim Morris of Morris Engineers , and at:.. Dillon of
Southwest Consultants .
Under item #3 , motion was made by Duane Hayes and seconded by Joe
Murphy to award a contract to Telcom of Texas for $203 , 139 . 00 for
the sewer line construction project under the 1995 TCDP Grant
awarded to the city . (Carried 5/0 )
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9 : 00
P .M.
