1996. This inceting was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Law. Those in
attendance were:
Ron Ferguson,Mayor
Debbie McIntosh
Usa Copeland
Bob Estep
Joe Murphy
Mayor,Ron Ferguson called the meeting to order at 7:35.
Duane Hayes was absent.
The council met with Tommy Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham is wanfing a vqrlance to the
cities Mobil Home Ordinance. Joe stated that the council does not have legal authority to
give variances to any ordinances. No action taken.
The council reviewed the contract with FIqI Partners and Anna Truck Stop for sewer
services. Debbie made motion to accept the contractand Usa seconded. Motion. carried,
Item#5,regarding construction contract lor wastewater plant improvements under the
1995 T was tabled until next ineeting. No action talken.
Item#6,consideration and action oil first time sewer system service under the 199511,33P
'Wilas tabled until next meeting. No action taken.
There being no further business the meeting wasadjmirned at 9:05 p.m.,
