Mayor Ron Ferguson called the meeting to order a t 7:35 pan.

being considered to he put in on 14mry 160 E. of Whitewright.
Lisa made motion to accept minutes from November 12, 1996,.foe seconded, Motion
carried
The council met with Jerry Chapman. Debbie made motion to accept this Resolution. A
Resolution by the city council of the city of Anna authorized in execiifloii and delivery of a
con-tract for Watel supply and sewer ser-vicewith tile Greater Texoma Utility Authority in
resolving other matters incident and related to the execution and delivery of such contract
inclu dine spccifying the terms consideration and obligations of theP 2rtles to such contract
and resolving provisions incident and related to the sub.ect and purpose of this resolution.
Joe seconded, motion carried,
Met with Bill Roberts the City Attorney, he made tile council aware that they could Riot
give variances to ordhnqvic",,bowever they emild change the ordh,,inces.

Chuck Burns met with the council to obtain assistance with a large water bill due to a
Boh made inotion to lower water bill ta S1.70.09 and sinec Mr. urns had
lengthy leaAL A
paid the sum of$200.00 he wiii be given a X6.00 credit,Duaneseconded. I'viotion carried.
The council wits submitted as list of names and riumbers af persons that might be laterested
in being oil a planning and zoning committee. No action taken.
Tile motion was made by Debbie to have a weeting oil December 17, 1996,Lisa seconded.
Motion carried.
Duane made motion to accept bills as submitted,Lisa seconded. Motion carried
There being no further business the woAing was adjourned at 9.00 P.m..
