The city Council of Anna met in regular session at Anna City Hall on Tuesday October 22,
1996, This meeti"g was posted in accordance with the 7'exa%Open-m- 'veting J"I'W.
Duane called meeting to order at 7:31
Members Present Were:
Duane Haves,Mayor ProTem

Jim Roland presented as film regarding the water tower inspection. fie stated that the city
needed to keep 5 years of log inspections on rile. It wan stated that the Inanhole Oil the
watertower needed to be cut larger,the large tank needed to pannedwithin as year. The
city's two ground tanks are In good covidition,
Itenk#5,the Itinerant Ordinance was table until as later meeting.
After review of minutes from October 15, 1996 Joe knador, motion to accept,Lisa seconded,
Duane abstained. Motion carried
The City Council agreed Iron accept Rd. at far North Riggins Si. upon receipt of as survey
with road platted on survey a llowing at least 40' road right ofway or the entire width of
the road,whichever is greater. Debbie made motion, and "Lisa seconded. Mi�tion carried
The City Council recessed irpto F'Xecutive Session at 9-70 P.Im under fbe're xas governy"ent
Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074,of The Texas Open Meeting Aci i,egarding position of
Water/Wastewater Superintendent.
The City Council reconvened into regular session to act on nem discussed in Executive
Session,Debbie made motion to engage services troinTexas I Itility to supply temporary
water and wastewater nianagemerat servIcTs beginning November 1, 1996 until as
water/wastewater superintendent was empioyed by the(Ity. ,Igoe l"urphy seconded.

There being no fin-ther business the meeting was adJourned at 9:40 p.m.
