NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ANNA, COLLIN COUNTY TEXAS.
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Anna will be held March 8 , 1994 Tuesday night at 7 : 30 P.M. in the
City Hall on 120 W 4th St . at which time the following will be discussed
and/or acted upon.
1 . Call to order
2 . Comments from persons in attendance
3 . Discuss with and possible action on matter regarding 911 , Todd
Hall with Collin County Rural Addressing Coordinator along with
Mike Harris , MTS .
4. Anna Fire Department
Hereon, consider and possbly act upon message from Prissy Mount
Collin County Advocacy Center for Child Abuse .
6 . Consideration of and possible action on items relating to the 1993
Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) grant application.
7. Consideration of and possble action on contract with Southwest
Consultants regarding administration of Texas Community Development
Program grant .
8 . Accounts payable - review of financial reports
9. Reading of Minutes
10. City Secretary
11 . Report and recommendations on Water/Sewer/Street Departments.
12 . Closed Executive session to consider personnel and legal matters
13 . Reconvene in open session for report
14. ADJOURNMENT
