ANNA CITY HALL
OCTOBER 28, 1997
The City Council of the City of Amra met in regular session on the 28th day of October with the
following members present and participating: Mayor, Ron Ferguson, Bob Estep,Lisa Copeland,
Debbie Mchrtosh and Duane Hayes. Joe Murphy absent from this meeting.
Item#1
This meeting was called to order at 7:33 p.m. by Ron Ferguson.
Others present were Don and Anne Peters, Mike, Steve and Karen Taff, Martin Matuszak and
Johnny McBride.
Item#3
Ron asked for any Citizen's participation at this time. There was no response at this time.
Item#4
The Council met with William and Carolyn Stltz to discuss and take action on allowing a second
Mobile Home to be brought in on their property. The Council stated that this was something that
needs to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board. The Council took no action on this item.
Item#5
The Council meet with Steve and Karen Taff to discuss and take action as needed regarding the
road beside their home on 4th Street. The Council told the Taffs that we have spoke with our
Attorney regarding re din this matter and once the street was used by the Public and the City has

maintained it we have a.Prescriptive Right to keep the road open. The Council stated that they
j were welcome to call the City's Attorney to get a better understanding regarding this matter. The
Council took no action on this item.
Item#6
Debbie McIntosh made a motion to pass Resolution 97-005 casting a vote for Anthony Geer for
the Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District, Lisa Copeland seconded. Motion
carried 4/0/1. Joe Murphy absent from this meeting.
Item#7
The Council met to discuss and take action as needed regarding the Frame of Things. The Council
held discussions regarding the matter of not having a.Building Permit for the addition that was
done. The Council stated that since there had been some miscommunications regarding the
1 process that they would wave the Permit Fee,if the Peters would get a Building Permit so that all
the inspections could be completed.

Debbie McIntosh made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Board meet once a month on the
1 st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m., Lisa Copeland seconded. Motion carried 4/0/1. Joe
Murphy absent from this meeting.
Item#9
Debbie McIntosh made a motion to approve the Minutes dated October 14, 1997, Bob Estep
seconded. Motion carried 4/0/1. Joe Murphy absent from this meeting.
Item#10
There being no further business this meeting was adjourned at 8:43 p.m..
