TOWN HALL MEETING

The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in a Special Town Hall Meeting at 9:00
a.m., February 5, 2011, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at III
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), regarding the following items.
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Briefing related to discussion topics listed on this Agenda (City Manager)
4. Public Comment and Discussion regarding:
a. Road and other infrastructure improvement projects
b. Parks and recreation facilities
c. Economic deVelopment projects
d. Community appearance and development standards
e. Police and Fire department services
f. Issues related to and priorities for the FY 2012 Budget
5. Adjourn.
This is to certify that I, Natha Wilkison, City Secretary, posted this agenda at a place
readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on the City Hall bulletin board
at or before 5 :00 p.m., January 26, 2011.
