Proclamation
STAFF APPRECIATION MONTH – DECEMBER 2025
WHEREAS, the employees of the City of Anna are dedicated to serving the community with
professionalism, integrity, and care; and
WHEREAS, the contributions of city staff including the Building Department, City Council,
City Manager, City Secretary, Code Compliance, Community Enhancement,
Communications, Economic Development, Engineering, Financial Services, Fire
Department, Human Resources, Library, Maintenance and Housekeeping,
Municipal Court, Parks, Programs & Events, Planning & Development, Police
Department, Public Works, and Utility Billing, are essential to the efficient and
effective operation of the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, recognizing the hard work, commitment, and accomplishments of city employees
helps foster morale, pride, and a positive work environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Anna wishes to acknowledge and celebrate the dedication
and service of all city staff; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the City Council of Anna, Texas does
hereby declare the month of December 2025 as Staff Appreciation Month in the
City of Anna and encourages all residents and community members to join in
expressing gratitude to the city employees who make Anna a great place to live,
work, play, and visit.
