An order of the Collin County Commissioners Court approving an amendment to a contract.
The Collin County Commissioners Court hereby approves Amendment No. 19 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal
Control Services (Contract No. 10094-09) with the City of Anna, to update the rate for fiscal year 2026, and further
authorizes the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
A motion was made, seconded, and carried by a majority of the court members in attendance during a regular
session on Monday, January 12, 2026 .

**Yearly Capital Charge Covers Any/All Equipment Replacement Costs
Total cost before adjustments is calculated by taking the adopted operating budget for the upcoming year and adding $20,000 for Capital Contribuitons. To get the total billed
amount subtract the flat contract amounts for the smaller entities and entities added at a later time and subtract out the adjustments from the last closed fiscal year to true up the
expeditures. See below the adjustment calculation.
