An order of the Collin County Commissioners Court approving an amendment to a contract .
The Collin County Commissioners Court hereby approves Amendment No. 20 to Interlocal Agreement for
Construction, Operation and Use of an Animal Shelter (Contract No. 10097-09) with the City of Anna to extend the
contract for one ( 1) year through and including September 30, 2026, set the rate for fiscal year 2026, and further
authorizes the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same .
A motion was made, seconded, and carried by a majority of the court members in attendance during a regular
session on Monday, January 12, 2026.
