A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING HENDRICKS ADDITION BLOCK A, LOT 1, DEVELOPMENT PLAT WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Article 9.02 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, David Surdukan has submitted an application for the approval of the Hendricks Addition, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Approval of Development Plat. The City Council hereby approves the Hendricks Addition, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat attached hereto as Exhibit A. SUMMARY: Three single-family dwellings, detached, one mobile home, and two accessory structures on one lot on 54.2± acres located on the north side of CR 424, 2,500± feet west of Gas House Rd (CR 511).
