A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING IRICK ESTATE
BLOCK A, LOT 1, DEVELOPMENT PLAT
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land wn the Anna city
limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City
Council') has adopted Article 9.02 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision
Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, Sean and Mica (rick have submitted an application for the approval of the
Irick Estate, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Approval of Development Plat.
The City Council hereby approves the (rick Estate, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 13th

SUMMARY:
