SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
May 16, 2006 7:00 PM
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00
p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2006, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank,
located at 402 W. White Street (FM 455), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Consider/Discuss/Action on adopting a resolution canvassing the
returns of the City of Anna Election held May, 13, 2006, to elect
three city council members all for two-year terms; to elect two city
council members all for one-year terms and declare the adoption of
increasing the Economic Development Sales Tax from 0.25% to
0.5%.
4. Administer oath of office and present certificate of election to
newly elected officials.
5. Adjourn.
This is to certify that 1, Natha Wilkison, City Secretary, posted this agenda
at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on the
City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., May 12, 2006.
