SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
July 31, 2006 7:00 PM
Community Room, Texas Star Bank
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00 p.m.. Monday,
July 31, 2006, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White
Street (FM 455), to consider the following iteims.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex. Govt Code Chapter 551, the City Council may
enter into closed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real
property (rex. Gov't Code §5:11.072);
b. consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Government Code. (Tex. Gov't Code §551.071).
The council reserves the right to enter into executive session at any time
throughout this meeting under any applicable exception to the Open Meetings
Act.
4. Consider/Discuss/Action on the Clean up from new well water transmission line
construction.
5. Consider/Discuss/Action on an Ordinance requiring installation of a Peep Hale in
the front door of newly constructed homes.
6. Consider/Discuss/Action on an Ordinance prohibiting parking on sidewalks.
7. Consider/Discuss/Action to make changes in City Management.
The Council may vote andlor act upon each of the items listed in this agenda.
