MINUTES
ANNA PARK BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
August 15, 2011
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a regular meeting on Monday, August 15 2011, at 7:00
p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. and a quorum was established. Members
present were Jon Hendricks, Lauren Lovato, Kelly Bailey and Erin Cogar. Staff present
was Maurice Schwanke.
2. Review application and recommendation – Special Fall Event “Anna Glow Fest”
(Sara Cox)
Sara Cox, Director of Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce, gave a presentation and
answered questions regarding the “Anna Glow Fest”. A motion was made by Lauren
Lovato to approve the “Anna Glow Fest” including the sale of alcohol was seconded by
Jon Hendricks. The vote was unanimous.
3. Park Board Minutes
• July 18, 2011
A motion was made by Erin Cogar, seconded by Kelly Bailey to approve the July 18,
2011 Minutes as submitted. The vote was unanimous.
4. Adjourn
A motion was made by Lauren Lovato, seconded by Jon Hendricks to adjourn meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. The vote was unanimous.
