ANNA PARK BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
January 19, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 7:00
p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. and establishment of quorum. Members present were
Jon Hendricks, Erin Cogar, Ginny Finan and Rene Martinez. Staff present was Maurice
Schwanke and Matt Lewis. Stan Carver was absent.
2. Review of potential park plan on land located in Anna Town Square.
Mr. Schwanke gave a presentation regarding the park plan located at Anna Town Square.
Discussion was voted to have concrete walks, bath room with access on the west end.
Following a brief discussion, a motion was made by Jon Hendricks, seconded by Ginny
Finan. The motion carried.
3. Park Updates
Mr. Schwanke gave a brief discussion regarding the updates of the park. No action taken.
4. Approve Park Board Minutes
• December 21, 2015
A motion was made by Erin Cogar, seconded by Rene Martinez to approve Minutes of the
December 21, 2015 meeting. The motion carried.
5. Adjourn
There being no other business, a motion was made by Erin Cogar, seconded by Rene
Martinez to adjourn meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
