ANNA PARK BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 25, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna will held a special meeting on Monday, July 25,
2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Jon Hendricks, Judith
Waldrop, and Ginny Finan. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke and Matt Lewis.
2. Discussion: Park rules regarding Lakeview Park.
Mr. Schwanke gave a presentation regarding park rules for the Lakeview Park.
No action was taken.
3. Approve Park Board Minutes:
• April 18, 2016
• June 20, 2016
A motion was made by Jon Hendricks, seconded by Ginny Finan to approve Minutes
of the above meetings. The motion carried.
4. Adjourn
There being no further business, a motion was made by Ginny Finan seconded by
Jon Hendricks to adjourn meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
