ANNA PARK BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 15, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a meeting on Monday, August 15, 2016, at
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at
111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Stan Carver, Judith
Waldrop, Ginny Finan and Jon Hendricks, joined at 7:23 p.m. Staff present was
Maurice Schwanke and Matt Lewis.
2. Field Trip — A field trip to the following City Parks was conducted.

3. Approve Park Board Minutes:
• July 25, 2016 Special Meeting
A motion was made by Stan Carver seconded by Ginny Finan to approve the
Minutes of the July 25t", 2016 meeting.
4. Adjourn
There being no further business, a motion was made by Judith Waldrop, seconded
by Stan Carver to adjourn meeting. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
