ANNA PARK BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
April 24, 2017
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a special meeting on Monday, April 24, 2017 at
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at
111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. Members present were John Hendricks, Judith
Waldrop, and Ginny Finan. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke and Matt Lewis.
Councilman Justin Burr and Councilman Lee Miller were also present for meeting.
2. Discussion: Comprehensive Plan Standards for park facilities and open space in
Anna.
Mr. Schwanke and Members of the board discussed the above agenda item. No
action was taken.
3. Discussion of other City Parks
Mr. Schwanke and Members of the board discussed the above agenda item. No
action was taken.
4. Park Board Minutes
• March 27, 2017
A motion was made by Judith Waldrop, seconded by Ginny Finan to approve
Minutes of the March 27th, 2017 meeting.
5. Adjourn
A motion was made by Ginny Finan, seconded by Judith Waldrop to adjourn
meeting. Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
