ANNA PARK BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
October 29th, 2018
The Park. Board of the City of Anna held a special scheduled meeting on Monday, October
29th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m, at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Danna Ward,
Kirby Barrett, Andrew Michrina, Ginny Finan, Judith Waldrop, Aubrey Johnson and
Eirik Hansen. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke and Matt Lewis. Kevin Hall,
representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce was present at the
meeting.
2. Consider/ Discuss/ Action concerning a recommendation approving a special event
application by Kevin Hall, Executive Director and representative for the Greater Anna
Chamber of Commerce to sponsor a "Christmas Parade" event to be held on
Saturday, December 8th, 2018,
Kevin Hall, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce was present
to answer questions regarding the "Special Event' request. After a brief discussion,
a motion was made by Judith Waldrop, seconded by Danna Ward to recommend
approval to Council regarding the "Christmas Parade" special event. Motion Carried
3. Adjourn
A motion was made by
Ginny
Finan,
seconded by Kirby Barrett to adjourn meeting.
The meeting adjourned
at 7:22
