REGULAR MEETING
May 18, 2015
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting on Monday, May 18, 2015, a1
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at I I I
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding the special event application submitted
by Karen Ahrens, owner of Daddy Rex's Twisted Barbeque concerning the request to have
"Summer Nights Concert Series" on Thursday's from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting June 4th
- July 31 ", 2015 located on Interurban Street (4`h Street to alley between 41h and 5`h Street). A
"Block Street" application has also been submitted for this event requesting to close off
Interurban Street (4`h Street to alley between 4`h and 5`h Street) that will go to the Anna Police
Department and Planning & Development Department for approval.
3. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Maurice Schwanke, Director of Planning and Development, verify that
this agenda was posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on
the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., May 15, 2015.
