REGULAR MEETING
August 17, 2015
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting on Monday, August 17, 2015, at
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding the approval of a resolution approving a special event
application submitted by Sarah Cox, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of
Commerce regardi E the request for the "Anna Glow Fest" to be held at the Slayter Creek
Park on October 24 , 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The event set up will start on Oct
23ra 2015.
3. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Maurice Schwanke, Director of Planning and Development, verify that
this agenda was posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on
the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., August 14, 2015.
