REGULAR MEETING
September 19, 2016
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Monday, September 19,
2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding the approval of a resolution approving a special
event application submitted by Kevin Hall, representative for the Greater Anna
Chamber of Commerce regarding the request for the "Anna Glow Fest" to be held at
the Slayter Creek Park on October 29th, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The
event set up will start on Oct 281h, 2016 ending October 30th for cleanup. The
alternate date will be November 5th with corresponding set up and cleanup.
3. Approve Park Board Minutes
August 15, 2016
4. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Maurice Schwanke, Director of Planning and Development, verify
that this agenda was posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City
Hall and on the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., September
