ANNA PARK BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
Monday,March 9,2009
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a special meeting on Monday,March 9,at 7:00 p.m.in the
Community Room of the Anna City Hall Administration Building,located at 111 North Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5),to consider the following items.
1.Call to order at 6:42pm and establishment of quorum.Park Board members present were
Erin Cogar,John Hendrix and Rachel Lyon.
2.There were no citizens comments and lor other presentations
3.Discussion/action on overall park system.Maurice Schwanke presented a map of Anna for
the members of the parks board to draw in their suggestions for park locations.The goal
was to determine where 1400 acres of park land could be placed in each quadrant of the
city.
4.Park Board Minutes for February 19.Erin Cogar made a motion to accept and Rachel Lyon
seconded it.
5.Adjourn at 8:35pm.The motion was made by Erin Cogar and seconded by Rachel Lyon.
Motion passed.
