ANNA PARK BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
Monday,Aug 17,2009
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a regular meeting on Monday,Aug 17,at 7:00 p.m.in the
Community RoomoLthe Anna City Hall Administration Building,located at III North Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5),to consider the following items.
1.Call to order at 7:1Opm and establishment of quorum.Park Board members present were Kelly
Bailey,Erin Coger,Rachel Lyon and Maurice Schwanke.
2.Citizen comments and lor other presentations.There were no citizens present.
3.Park Board recommendations from join workshop with City Council discussion.
The following items were asked to be put on the next agenda to discuss:
Solicit different groups to pick up litter.
Splash pad for next grant application
Adult recreational ball teams organization
Dog Park
Score board with numbers and pictures
"Put Your Mark on the Park"Dinner
Farmer's Market/CrctftFair at the pavilion in Slayter Creek
Community Garden
More trails and activity center for Slayter Creek
Adopt a trail -litter pick up
4.Park Board Minutes for July 20,2009.Erin Coger made a motion to accept and Rachel Lyon
seconded it.Motion passed.
5.Adjourn meeting at 8:40 pm.The motion was made by Erin Coger and seconded by Kelly
Bailey.Motion passed.
