mAha ANNA PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
Monday, May 24, 2021 @ 6:00 PM
The Parks Board of the City of Anna will meet at 6:00 PM, on May I at the Anna
City Hall, Located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items
below.
1. Catl to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Neighbor Input:
At this time, any person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item on
this meeting agenda that is not scheduled for public hearing. Also, at this time any
person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item that is not on this
meeting agenda. Each person will be allowed up to 3 minutes to speak. No discussion
or action may be taken at this meeting on items not listed on this agenda, other than to
make statements of specific information in response to a citizen's inquiry or to recite
existing policy in response to the inquiry.
4. Receive a Report
a. Receive a Report on Summer Recreation Programming (Recreation Manager
Jeff Freeth)
b. Receive a Report on the Block Party Trailer (Neighborhood Services
Coordinator Elisa Bowers)
5. Project Update.
a. Receive a status update on Johnson Park Enhancement Project (Parks
Superintendent Matt Lewis)
b. Receive a status update on Bryant Park development project (Parks
Superintendent Matt Lewis)
6. Individual Consideration
a. Discuss, Consider, and Act on Parks Advisory Board meeting minutes from April
19, 2021
7. Adjourn.

Agenda on the City's website (www.annatexas.gov) and at a place readily accessible to the
public at the Anna City Hall and on the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m. on May 21,
2021.
