ANNA PARK BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
March 27, 2017
The Park Board of the City of Anna will held a special meeting on Monday, March 27, 2017 at
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. Members present were John Hendricks, Stan Carver,
Judith Waldrop, Kirby Barret and Ginny Finan. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke and
Matt Lewis. Councilman Kenneth Pelham and Councilman Justin Burr were also present for
meeting.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on placing signs at the Anna Parks regarding 9-1-1 emergency call
information.
Mr. Schwanke gave a presentation regarding placing 9-1-1 signs at the Anna Parks.
Following a brief discussion, a motion was made by Judith Waldrop, second by Ginny Finan
to recommend approval of the 9-1-1 signs for Anna Parks. Motion Carried
3. Discussion: Comprehensive Plan Standards for park facilities and open space in Anna.
Mr. Schwanke gave a presentation concerning the above agenda item. No action was taken.
4. Park Board Minutes
• February 21, 2017
A motion was made by Stan Carver, seconded by Judith Waldrop to approve the Minutes of
the February 21, 2017 meeting.
5. Adj ourn
A motion was made by Stan Carver, seconded by Judith Waldrop to adjourn meeting.
Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
