The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular
meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Anna
City Hall located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5) to consider the items below.
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge.
3. Neighbor Comments.
4. New Commission Member Welcome and Orientation.
5. Consider/Discuss/Act on adopting rules of procedure.
6. Consider/Discuss/Act on creating a mission statement.
7. Consider/Discuss/Act on establishing subcommittees.
8. Staff reports.
a. Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary elections.
b. Setting the next meeting time.
c. Neighbor Notes.
9. Adjournment.
