The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board of the City of Anna will hold its regular
meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Anna
City Hall located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5) to consider the items below.
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge.
3. Neighbor Comments.
4. Consider/Discuss/Act on subcommittees.
5. Consider/Discuss/Act on adopting a mission statement.
6. Consider/Discuss/Act on electing a Chair.
7. Consider/Discuss/Act on electing a Vice Chair.
8. Consider/Discuss/Act on electing a Secretary.
9. Staff reports.
10. Adjournment.
