NOTICE OF CANCELATION
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MONDAY, APRIL 6, 2020
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and to help reduce the chance of spreading the
virus, the Planning and Zoning Commission and staff have determined it would be in the best
interest of the community to cancel the April 6, 2020 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
A public hearing for a zoning case or replat was not scheduled for this meeting. In accordance
with state law, all plats and site plans will be forwarded to a City Council meeting within thirty days
of April 61 2020. If City Council does not act, each plat and site plan will be automatically approved
as required by Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code.
This is to certify that I, Ross Altobelli, Director of Development Services, verify that this notice was
posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on the City Hall bulletin
board at or before 7:00 p.m. April 5, 2020.
