A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND THE EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS FOR COSTAR REALTY INFORMATION, INC. TO PROVIDE A COMMERCIAL
REAL ESTATE LISTING FOR ANNA BUSINESS PARK ON LOOPNET.
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for Co Star Realty Information, Inc. to list Anna Business Park on
Loopnet.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to execute a contract with
CoStar Realty Information, Inc. subject to legal approval of final form and to charge the
EDC's budget in an amount not to exceed 828 in the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 for listing
Anna Business Park on Loopnet.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Anna Economic Development Corporation this 13th
day of February 2019.
