A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT FOR REAL ESTATE REPRESENTATION
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to enter
into a contract for real estate representation with Q;and �,s

WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that the above -referenced services, further
described in Exhibit A, are in the best interests of the EDC and will promote economic
development and expanded business enterprise in the City of Anna;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authority to Execute Real Estate Representation Agreement.
The EDC Board of Directors authorize the Board's President to execute, on behalf of the
EDC, subject to approval of legal form by the EDC's legal counsel, a contract with Co�c
j FS144C C,*. as further described in Exhibit A, for real estate representation, said authority to in
execution of all necessary documents to consummate the business relationship with said
firm.
