RESOLUTION NO. �.2019
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND THE EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS FOR PLACER LABS INC TO PROVIDE PLACER.AI LICENSE.
WHEREAS, the Anna Community Development Corporation (the "CDC") wishes to
expend funds for Placer Labs, Inc. to provide Placer.ai License making available access
to Placer.io venue analytics reports including visits, trade areas, customer journey,
customer insights, dwell times, visitation by hour/day, demographics, market share and
competitive insights.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The CDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the Placer Labs,
Inc. contract and to charge the CDC's contract services line item in an amount not to
exceed $6,000 in the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 for a Placer.ai License.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Anna Community Development Corporation this 13tn
day of February 2019.
