APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND THE EXPENDITU
RE OF
FUNDS FOR CBC CREATIVE TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGN

WHEREAS, the Anna Community Development Corporation (the "CDC") wishes
to
expend funds for CBC CREATIVE to provide professional graphic design services

include the design of a half page ad, back of aerial, shock and awe folder, industrial try
fold, one retail soft cover book and professional pictures.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all as if se
purposes t forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The CDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to execute a cont
ract with
CBC Creative subject to legal approval of final form and to charge the CDC's
g
promotional line item in an amount not to exceed $15,000 in the Fiscal Year 2018-201
for the design of several marketing pieces for communit and economic development
evelopment
purposes.
