A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR ELECTRIAL
WORK FOR THE PROPERTY AT 312 NORTH POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for electrical work for the property at 312 N. Powell Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
contract services line item in the amount not to exceed $850.00 for electrical work for
the property located at 312 North Powell Parkway.

Work to be completed
Adjust office lighting and add two LED recessed can lights at the office to be divided and
add afour-way switch to the main room as one enters from the back.
Total material and labor = $850.00
*Lighting the sign is problematic. Some sort of solar lighting is recommended unless I
can find a lighting source that pre-exists but will have to determine that from the attic and
from the service panel. I will continue to research some solar lighting options that are not
included in this quote.
