A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS TO PAYOFF A
NOTE TO SOUTHSIDE BANK FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 312 NORTH
POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds to payoff a note to Southside Bank for property owned by the EDC (the
"Property"); and
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the note on the
Property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
checking account in the amount of no more than $ 217,000.00 to pay off the remaining
note to Southside Bank on the Property.
PASSE ND APPROVED by the Anna Economic Development Corporation this
day of 2016.
