HomeMy WebLinkAboutEDCRes2016.02.04ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION RESOLUTION NO. a016 d �? 04 a-D (-) A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR AN APPRAISAL ON LAND FOR POTENTIAL PURCHASE BY THE EDC WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to authorize the expenditure of funds for an appraisal of land for potential purchase; and WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best interests of the EDC's efforts; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full. Section 2. Approval of Funding The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's contract services account in an amount up to $1,000 without further permission from the EDC Board of Directors. The terms and conditions are outlined as follows: 1. The purpose of the report will be to arrive at a range of value of the ±60 acres comprising the Harlan Tract. 2.
