HomeMy WebLinkAboutEDCRes2016.06.04ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION RESOLUTION NO. a0lb 06 Cat �U A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR SURVEYING SERVICES FROM MADDOX SURVEYING WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to expend funds for Surveying Services associated with a potential land purchase for the creation of primary jobs and to enable the EDC to perform infrastructure and site improvements, which the board finds necessary to promote or develop new or expanded business enterprises; and WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for Surveying Services related to the potential land purchase; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full. Section 2. This proposal includes a brief discussion of the scope of work and associated compensation. We understand that you wish to begin work on this project in the next week. Based on our preliminary discussions and review of the project, the following is our understanding of the Services to be provided by MADDOX SURVEYING for the subject project. TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY & TREE SURVEY APPROXIMATELY 90.6 ACRES 1. Topographic Survey with all improvemants and above and below ground improvements per DIGTEST; 2. Produce cad file for client to be used for design; 3. Map will show 1 foot contours 4. Tag Trees 6 inches and larger 5. Locate Trees and produce Tree Survey COMPS SATXON: We will provide the services described above for a fixed fee of $5, 500, 00 1 E We can have the survey completed wihin 7-10 business days from notice to proceed. This proposal, unless otherwise noted, constitutes our understanding of the services to be provided by MADDOX SURVEYING & MAPPING on the project described above. This proposal is offered for a period of thirty (30) days after which, if said proposal has not been executed, said proposal shall no longer be valid. We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal and look forward to working with you on this important project.
