A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE DISSOLUTION OF A HOLDING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
dissolve its holding account and transfer all funding to its checking account.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to dissolve the holding
account and transfer all funds to the EDC checking account.
