A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS TO PLACE AN
ADVERTISEMENT IN THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS "BEST NEIGHBORHOODS"
EDITION
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to
authorize the expenditure of funds to place an advertisement in the Dallas Morning
News "Best Neighborhoods" Edition; and
WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best
interests of the EDC's marketing efforts;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
promotional account in an amount up to $1500 without further permission from the EDC
Board of Directors and to expend said amount for the purpose stated in this resolution.
