A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR A
MICROSOFT SURFACE FOR THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for a MicroSoft Surface for the Chief Administrative Officer;
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the Microsoft Surface;
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's office
supply account in the amount of no more than $_500_ which is one-half the total cost
split with the Anna Community Development Corporation for a Microsoft Surface for the
Chief Administrative Officer.
