A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR A SURVEY
OF THE ANNA EDC'S 48 ACRE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for a survey for an approximately 48 acres of property owned by the EDC
(the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the survey of the
Property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
contract services account in the amount of no more than $__2,200 _ for a survey of the
Property.
