A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE DESIGN AND PRINTING
OF AERIAL MAPS
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to
authorize the expenditure of funds to allow the EDC to design and print new aerial maps
for planning purposes that will promote economic development in the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best
interests of the EDC;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONCOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authority to Expend Funds for Aerial and Topographical Maps
The Anna Economic Development Corporation approves the expenditure of funds not to
exceed $7,500 for the EDC to design and print new aerial maps for planning purposes
that will promote economic development in the City of Anna; and
