RESOLUTION NO. 2020.04.09
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT FOR REAL
ESTATE REPRESENTATION WITH CAREY COX REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, on April 22, 2019, the Anna Community Development Corporation (the
“CDC”) entered into that certain North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors
Exclusive Listing Agreement for Sale or Lease attached hereto as Exhibit 1 (the
“Agreement”) with Carey Cox Real Estate; and
WHEREAS, the listing term of the Agreement was for one (1) year and is now nearing
expiration; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the listing term of the Agreement for an
additional one (1) year period;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Adoption of Amendment to Extend Term of Agreement.
The CDC Board of Directors hereby approves amending the term of this Agreement by
adding one (1) year as attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as set
forth in full.
Section 3. No Other Amendments.
The Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
