A RESOLUTION OF ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING BUSINESS TRAVEL
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation ("EDC") has recognized the
need to send representation from the EDC to the conference Annual Texas City
Manager Association Conference in San Marcus, TX and the surrounding area for the
purpose of EDC-related business that will promote economic development in the City of
Anna; and
WHEREAS, the EDC desires to approve this resolution authorizing representatives from
the EDC to attend the Annual Texas City Manager Association Conference in San
Marcus, TX and to make purchases for all necessary expenses for the purposes of EDC
business;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Authorization to Attend Conference.
The EDC hereby authorizes representative(s) from the EDC to attend and make
purchases for all necessary expenses related to attending the Annual Texas City
Manager Association Conference in San Marcus, Texas, and to receive reimbursement
from the EDC for certain expenses in accordance with the applicable EDC bylaw
provisions.
