A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR EXTERIOR
LIGHTS FOR PROPERTY AT 312 NORTH POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for exterior lights for the property at 312 N. Powell Parkway and;
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the exterior lights for the
property at 312 N. Powell Parkway, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
contract services in the amount of no more than $ 1,750 for exterior lights for 312
North Powell Parkway.
